Olympic Lifting Class

Every Saturday 9:00 - 10:30 am

Join USA Weightlifting Certified Coach Tracy Crocker to learn the benefits of incorporating Olympic lifts into your routine and improve your technique. Tracy has been an Olympic Weightlifter for four years and competitively for 2 years.

Happening Now: It's Bootcamp Time!

Join Dara for a full hour of high intensity interval training, calisthenics, agility drills and strength training. She can modify to any skill or fitness level. You create your own intensity. Guaranteed to shed inches!! Measurements will be made upon request for free!

Calling all Athletes!

All Jr. High, High School, and College athletes - summer is the time to grind.

This summer we have several groups where we will focus on getting athletes faster, quicker and more explosive. Our goal is to help you take your ability to the next level.

Have you always wanted to try a triathlon, but didn't know where to start?

Have you done a triathlon before, but would like to improve your time?

Do you think you can't even do a triathlon? Well, can you swim, bike, and walk? You can totally do it!

This group is for you!

Starting June 26, Katie is leading a 12-week triathlon training group for the Lake Steven's Tri on September 9. All levels welcome! She will provide you with an endurance plan fit to your level, optional weekly group meet ups, and a private training Facebook page to help guide you every step of the way!

Sprint Distance: 1/4 mile swim / 9.8 mile bike / 3.2 mile run
Olympic Distance: 1 mile swim / 25 mile bike / 6.2 mile run
