Meet Katie

As certified Health and Wellness Specialist and local St. Martins Grad, Katie learned the importance of healthy living and nutrition during her time as a collegiate basketball player. After college she focused her passion on writing and publishing "The Athlete After", a guide to healthy living after sports. 

Introduction to Nutrition – $199 per month (3 months)

  • Twelve, 30-minute weekly sessions focused on nutrition education.

  • Receive help in goal setting, strategies to achieve them, and accountability.
  • Natural, plant-based and clinically proven products to promote healthy metabolism, increased energy, digestive health, and more. 

Complete Health - $230 per month (6 months)

  • Twelve, 45-minute sessions twice per month.
  • Understand your relationship with food, manage weight, deal with cravings, and increase energy.
  • Gain a balance in relationships, career, physical activity, as well as mental strength and positivity.
  • Natural, plant-based and clinically proven products to promote healthy metabolism, increased energy, digestive health, and more. 

Athletic Development - $540 total (2 months)

  • Five 45-minute sessions every other week for support in sport-specific nutrition to improve strength, energy, and focus.
  • Copy of Katie’s book, The Athlete After: A 10-Week Guide to Balancing Life After Sports, as well as other tools for success.
  • Natural, plant-based and clinically proven products to boost energy levels and fight fatigue; nutrients for optimal physical strength and endurance; joint comfort and ease of movement; and highly bio-available protein, complex carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals.

Justin Wimberly

Owner & Trainer
Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology

Justin has worked with a variety of people - from the average person to the athlete, even the disabled and the injured. His passion to help people has grown through his own personal experience of playing sports and having to rehabilitate from his own injuries.

After a broken leg that ended a successful career at Tumwater High School, he thought all my dreams and aspirations of playing college football were gone. After a long journey of rehabilitation, his dream to play college football was revived when he was accepted to Whitworth University as a starting Tight End for three years.  As an intern at the on-campus fitness center, his role was to take clients of all abilities and help them overcome their obstacles to achieve their personal goals. It’s through these experiences that he decided to start his own business, to help others overcome and achieve their dreams.

Katie Hargrave

Published Author of "The Athlete After: A 10-Week Guide to Balancing Life After Sports"

Having been a competitive athlete for 15 years, Katie understands the importance of food and proper training in reaching physical goals. In 2011, she “retired” from basketball after her time at Saint Martin’s University and realized at the time she didn’t know how to eat or exercise when it wasn’t for her sport. She spent several years researching and trying different plans until she was able to find balance. Through the process, she realized her passion is helping others in their journey of finding balanced health.

Lucas Vasilauskas

NASM Certified Trainer
CrossFit Level 1 Certification

Lucas graduated from Central Washington University where he played baseball and refined his passion for fitness. Throughout college he focused on weight lifting and strength training to excel in his sport. He eventually went on to train for bodybuilding and physique shows. Once he found Crossfit he felt he had found the prefect training program for his body and he has since taken his own fitness to a new level.

Tori Olney

Bachelors degree in Physical Education and Kinesiology
ACSM Exercise Physiology Certified

Tori graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in Physical Education and Kinesiology. The combo allowed her to learn about the body while learning how to effectively teach a wide range of populations. During her time at Gonzaga, she was on the Women's Rowing Team and competed in several West Coast Conference Championships. Tori has been training in group settings and individually for several years. Her passion is to help people discover their individual training style.
