Our group classes provide members with a workout high that will leave you feeling connected, cheerful, and energized throughout the rest of your day.

Group classes offer a personal training feel, without sacrificing the fun that comes with sweating alongside your closest friends. In these small classes every person receives encouragement and personalized feedback to ensure they get the most out of their workout

Classes range from 30, 45, and 60 minutes.  We start as early as 5:30 am and run as late as 7:30pm to accommodate your busy schedule.  STILL don't see a time that works for you? Just ask a trainer and we'll start a group just for you!
